Methods

Orders may take up to 72 hrs to process, depending on stock availability. Any custom, made-to-measure order can take up to 10 business days to process as the garment is being made especially for you.

Orders placed on a weekend or statutory holiday will be processed the following business day. A valid delivery address is necessary so that the order can be shipped. Delivery is not possible at P.O. Boxes. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for the package on the scheduled arrival date. Once the package has been signed for, responsibility for the merchandise is transferred to the recipient.

Rates & Guidelines

All web orders are shipped through Canada Post by Standard Ground shipping. Delivery typically occurs 4 to 7 business days after processing. For remote areas such as Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon Territory & Hawaii, additional delivery time and shipping fees may be required.

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on Bristolleather.com the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, unless it was a made-to-measure/custom order. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
